College Fees Summary
School fees per term from January 2017. Fees are invoiced by Week 2 each term.  If the full annual fees are paid by the end of February 2017 a 5% discount will apply to tuition fees.  A full terms notice (10 weeks) is required for students leaving the College. Failure to give full notice will result in fees being charged for the next term. Fees for students leaving during the term are non-refundable. Fees are reviewed annually by the College Council and will be revised under the authority of the NT Christian Schools Board. Typically a 5% increase can be expected.
Excursion, Grounds & Infrastructure Fees are included in the per term amount above 
Excursion Fee: $95.00 per student per term.  This covers the cost of visiting performances & excursions. No refunds will be given for this fee.
Grounds & Infrastructure Fee: $74.00 per family per term.
Camps will be charged separately on a per class basis. You can expect to pay $150 or more for students in Year 5 - 9. Our Middle School students in Years 7 - 9 will have the opportunity to go to Canberra in 2019. This will be a separate cost based on a Tour, bus travel and airfares. 


Stationery and Text Books

These are available from the College office upon acceptance of enrolment. Please ensure your child’s complete pack is brought to school on the first day they begin at Araluen Christian College. The cost of the Book pack will be added onto your statement.
Stationery & Textbook Levy: The stationary levy and Middle School text book levy are included in the cost of the book packs. For students in Years 5-9 the levy includes an annual subscription to Mathletics; an online Mathematics program. 

NT Government Refund

In 2017 all residents of the Northern Territory received a voucher of $150, for each school-aged child including Transition. This is claimed at the school to off-set the cost of books or uniforms. This must be redeemed by the end of Term 1 and is not valid any later in the current school year.
